No two people – or two therapy journeys – look the same. That's why we built a team where you're likely to see a piece of yourself – in our identities, our lived experience, and the way we show up in the room. What stays constant is our warmth, our expertise, and full acceptance, always. Together, we're building a space where it's safe to bare it all.

I'm drawn to clients who are ready to dig into the taboo thoughts they've been taught to hide, and come out the other side with a healthier, more whole relationship with themselves and their partners.

Education

I currently hold a Bachelor and Master of Science in Magazine Journalism from Northwestern University, and I'm pursuing a master's in social work at the University of Chicago to become a licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Sex Therapist.

I am supervised by Dr. Maia Easley, LMFT, CST.

Ready to get started? I'd love for us to get to know each other. Schedule a 15-minute consultation, and we'll take it from there.

Raised in New York in a Latin and Turkish home, I was exposed to incredibly diverse cultures but still experienced a taboo environment when discussing sex, pleasure, and certain relationship dynamics. My goals as a clinician are to not only make clients feel less alone, but to empower them through understanding themselves. I specialize in CBT and relational therapy with an emphasis on queer theories, liberation-focused approaches, and identity-informed care to not only help clients with the root of their issues but help them understand the context in which these issues arise. I feel called to work with BIPOC, queer, and other marginalized clients who deserve to see themselves reflected in the therapy room without shame or judgement.

values

authenticity

Authenticity

It's safe to be who you are here. No filters, no pretending – just raw humanity and beautiful individuality that makes us each exactly who we are. We're transparent too, sharing our authentic selves to form a genuine connection throughout the therapy process.

Empowerment

Empowerment

You're stronger than you might realize, and we're here to ignite that self-confidence. Empowerment is at the core of what we do, supporting and validating our clients to build a mindset of inner strength that radiates throughout all aspects of life.

safety

Feeling safe is the heart of intimacy, and the same goes for therapy. Nothing is considered taboo here. Cultivating a feeling of trust is a priority at Bare Conversations, enabling our clients to speak vulnerably and openly about anything they'd like to process.

comfort

Comfort

So-called "awkward" topics aren't awkward around here. We're all about relatability and comfort, no matter what the subject is. You know, that lovely unguarded feeling when you stop thinking about what you're sharing and just let it flow – that's the one.
